Furnished Furnished Bedroom for Rent - Very Close to Rockyview Hospital

Welcome!  My name is Candi and I have a room for rent in Braeside SW.  I'm looking for a quiet and considerate female roommate to share my 2 bedroom townhouse with me, alongside my senior cat.

I'm renting out a large furnished bedroom with vaulted ceilings, lots of natural light and a huge closet.  Furnishings include; new queen bed, bedside table, set of drawers & desk with chair and lamp and a tv. Sheets & towels available for your use. 

If you're interested, I can grocery shop &/or make your meals for an additional charge.  I have found that your medical schedule is very busy and it has been mentioned this could be helpful.

The main bathroom will be shared between us but there are 2 additional half baths in the home; you would have the main bathroom exclusively to yourself except for showering and bathing.  The kitchen, dining room and living room and access to backyard patio & BBQ would be shared.  There is a seperate TV room with a couch in the basement you can use as your own space if you would like.  There are shared laundry facilites, a treadmill and an extra fridge (if you'd like to store your food seperately) in the basement to use too.  Lots of space so we have our own areas. 

Included in your rent:  all utilities, high speed internet & cable

There is loads of street parking as well as 2 bus stops right out front of the complex.  Also easy/short walking access to the bus stop (#9178) to catch the MAX YELLOW BUS LINE (304) to the Rockyview Hospital (10 minute ride) or to Mount Royal University Station (#6892 - 25 minute ride).

Close to: bus route & train station, coffee shop down the block, grocery stores, Dollarama, Southcentre Mall, Southland Leisure Centre, Rockyview Hospital, Heritage Park, Glenmore Reservoir & Fish Creek Park to walk/run and explore, destress and get outside and enjoy nature.
