One large room with hardwood floors - and approximately 500 square feet, with: electric fire place * single bed with linens * oak bedside storage and dresser * private bathroom down the hall with new bathtub / great plumbing * kitchenette that includes: microwave, toaster oven, rice cooker, coffee maker, tall mini fridge with freezer, dishes etc. (note the limited cooking ability) * free shared laundry * includes heat, hydro (water) and high speed wifi. We supply your towels, bed linens, sulphate free shampoo & conditioner, blow dryer, house coat, laundry soap, paper towels, toilet paper and kleenex.

Note: We live in a very quiet neighborhood and we are a family with two university age young men living above with our friendly hypoallergenic dog named Goose Mellow - 62 pounds (we exit through shared laundry room to garage).
