Our large furnished garden suite has welcomed guests from around the world.  We live upstairs on the 2nd & 3rd floors of our 99 year old character home.  

The kitchen is equipped with a full size fridge/freezer, stove and oven, as well as a microwave, electric kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, and an optional small dishwasher which attaches to the kitchen sink. The bathroom includes a shower and a full size stacking washer/dryer. The den area includes a desk with a computer monitor and keyboard (laser printer available if wanted), a reclining chair and ottoman and lots of space (great for yoga/stretching). There is a comfortable Queen size bed in the bedroom.  In addition to two closets, there is storage available in the room adjacent to the den.

We live in Dunbar, which is a quiet neighbourhood located 8 km southwest of downtown Vancouver and 7 km from UBC's Medical School. We are close to lots of wonderful places:  across the street from Balaclava Park, 0.75 km from local shops, 1.5 km from Pacific Spirit Park, 2 km from the horse farms in Southlands, 3.5 km from Jericho Beach and Sailing Centre and 4 km from Kits Beach.  We are close to bus routes to UBC (#25) and downtown (#2 & #7) [for information search "Translink Bus Schedules"].

Lease: 10 or 12 months
