A legal basement suite with sauna in a quiet neighbourhood This fully furnished 1-bedroom is close to Foothills Hospital, Arthur E. Child Cancer Centre and the University of Calgary (less than 10 minutes by car). Transit links are also available. You have a large living room and office space, full bath with shower, full kitchen, and laundry shared with the host. Full back yard and patio area. I am also a healthcare professional and live upstairs. There is good insulation between floors but you may hear some noise. I'm on site to deal with any issues during your stay.
