In the heart of Little Italy, this cozy, high-end, modern, one-bedroom, second floor apartment in a century-old Victorian is on a quiet residential street, surrounded by Toronto's trendiest restos, bars and boutiques. A 15 minute walk to Toronto Western and about 30 minutes to the hospital cluster on University Ave makes it an easy, healthy commute to work. Biking and transit are also easy options. THE SPACE According to our guests, the pictures don't do the place justice. It's very homey, comfortable and spotless and the feel of the place is very inviting and cozy. For a weekend or a semester, it's a great home away from home. With ten-foot ceilings and lots of natural light, you'll be happy you didn't choose a basement apt. There's space for two in the queen bed and ductless AC will keep you in cool comfort during those hot summer days. It has a full kitchen, gorgeous bathroom and great den/sunroom with seven windows!. The Den has a TV w wifi (for Netflix, etc), a desk for work and a washing machine for your dirty clothes! Landlord and family live downstairs and available should you need anything. Once you've booked I will send you an extensive House Manual that covers most of the questions you have and many you hadn't thought of yet.
