Furnished Private Room Beside Foothills Hospital (10 minute walk) and Alberta Children's Hospital (30 minute walk)

Quiet, comfortable and safe room to rent very close to the Foothills Hospital, Alberta Children's Hospital and the University of Calgary. It is a 10 minute walk to the Foothills Medical Centre, a 10 minute drive (30 minute walk) to the Alberta Chidren's Hospital and a 10 minute drive (30 minute walk) to the University of Calgary. There are public transport options as well. The house is also very close (10 minute walk) to paths along the Bow River.

I am a mid-30s elementary teacher and am friendly and helpful but quiet. I am available for assistance with anything you might need, but I will also respect your privacy and personal space.

Your room comes with a comfortable queen bed, desk, dresser and television. The house has a comfortable living room, fully stocked kitchen and a large yard. There is also some fitness equipment available for your use (spin bike, yoga mats and weights).
