?️ A private sanctuary: Your room is furnished with a comfortable queen-sized bed, a spacious dresser, a desk equipped with a light for those late-night studies, and a roomy closet. We've also installed room-darkening curtains to ensure you get restorative sleep.

❄️ For your comfort: While our home boasts central air, we understand that personal comfort varies. That's why we've added a window air conditioner and a compact heater to your room - ensuring you're at ease no matter the season.

? Kitchen Privileges: A mini-fridge with freezer is at your disposal within your room. And while our main fridge remains private, rest assured that essential kitchen appliances like the microwave, stove, and oven are available for your use.

? Convenient Facilities: Your room resides on the upper level of our home, right next to another room that hosts fellow medical students. The guest bathroom is situated on the main floor.

? Laundry: A laundry facility is located in the basement and is available for use at mutually convenient times.

? Parking: While we do not have dedicated daytime parking, we can help arrange paid parking just a street away. Alternatively, there's always the option of parking at the hospital.
