This house 10 is minutes walk to the General Hospital CHEO; (there is hospital shuttle bus between General Hospital, Civic Hospital, Riverside hospital), near Riverside Hospital, Roger Guindon Hall, University of Ottawa Alta Vista campus (RGN), (UofOttawa has shuttle bus for students going to/from downtown campus every hour); Ottawa Hospital has also free shuttle bus goes between General Campus, Riverside campus and Civic campus. Near The Perley and Rideau Veterans Health Centre, Gamma-Dynacare Medical Laboratories, Canadian Forces Health Care Centre, Canadian Medical Association, Canadian Pharmacists Association, Canadian Blood Services, The Conference Board of Canada, Oakpark Retirement Community.

There are 4 bedrooms (2 bathrooms) in this semi-detached house; ONLY rented EXCLUSIVELY to medical students, nurses, medical elective or medical rotation, pharmacy student, healthcare or medical professional;

The house (and bedrooms) is fully furnished, fully equipped and provided as: bed, mattress, study desk, study lamp, chair, standing mirror, laundry, laundry detergent, kitchenware, toaster, microwave, oven toaster, fridge, stove, dining tables and chairs, coffee table, utensils, iron, iron board, hygienic paper, bikes, etc. (all you need to bring is your food and personal belongings), unlimited high speed WIFI Internet, laundry on site. Owner does not live there, hence more "freedom".

Note: common areas (living, dining room, kitchen, common bathrooms) are being clean by a cleaning lady (at our cost)  once a week.

Rent is $70/day or $400/week per room/person (shared bathrooms) or $1300.00/month/room/person (for 2+ months lease); rent included all utilities, bed, bedsheets, towels, study desk, chaise, study lamp, laundry, laundry detergent, kitchenware, utensils, iron, iron board, hygienic paper, umbrella, bikes, helmet, etc.; parking available, snow cleared by contractor (if you park at the hospital, it would cost you $14/day or a monthly pass is $90, but the waiting list to get the monthly pass is very long)

Long term lease is also available. Receipt could be provided.
