Enjoy your private bedroom that has a queen size bed, large closet, desk/vanity with mirror, 55“ size tv, AC/heat. All utilities/internet included, access to laundry and sheets/towels provided. There is access to the small gym in the building. Shared living and kitchen space. Our third roommate is a small 10lb hypoallergenic dog named Harley who loves attention and cuddles (absolutely zero expectations of shared responsibilities for Harley). If you would like to take her for walks she will not argue (unless it's raining, then she might). A 10 minute drive to Victoria General Hospital, close to shopping centres/costco, walking distance to bus stops. Walking trails at Florence Lake close by! Visitor parking available on a first come first serve basis. 20 minute drive to downtown Victoria.
