We are offering a room rental on the Hamilton Mountain, centrally located to a number of Hamilton hospitals and Mohawk College. The house is located between West Fifth and Garth near Stonechurch. We are a 3 minute walk to a bus stop. My husband and I live upstairs.

We are offering three options for our recently renovated, furnished, lower level:

1. One person in one private bedroom with a shared kitchen and bathroom (with one other person) $275/week $900/month

2. Two people (if you want to rent with a friend and you each want your own room) You would share your kitchen and bathroom. $475/week $1500/month (This is price for two people)

3. One person with private room, kitchen and bathroom. (We would not rent the other room and you would have the space to yourself) $425/week $1400/month
