A spacious, 3-story home near the central Toronto Annex neighborhood - a 10 minute subway ride from University of Toronto or Toronto Metropolitan University or the downtown hospitals, a 15 minute bike ride, or a 30 minute walk. The ground floor has kitchen/dining room and living room. The second floor has two bedrooms, an office/guest room, and a bathroom. The third floor is one large room as master bedroom with exercise/yoga space. The entire house has hardwood oak and maple floors. There is a friendly front porch seating area and optional street parking (for additional permit cost). Heat is electric, with a heat pump and backup electric furnace . The house is on a quiet, tree-lined, dead-end street in a very safe neighborhood - a number of young families with children live on the street, and kids are playing in the street all summer - it is a very friendly street. There is a large grocery store 2 blocks away, and we are walking distance from Korea town or other streets with many kinds of restaurants. There are also several nice parks (including one with swimming pool/ice skating) within a few blocks walking distance. Public transit is very convenient, linking you easily to anywhere else in the city! The house is fully furnished. All utilities are included in the rental price. Home owner is a University of Toronto professor who lives in the basement suite (an independent unit with a separate entrance).
