I am subletting my studio apartment located in downtown Toronto near Bay & Wellesley from Sept 28th, 2025 until February 6th, 2026 (end date flexible). It is a 10-15 minute walk from downtown hospitals including Toronto General, Mount Sinai, Princess Margaret, and SickKids. It is also a 5-minute walk to the nearest TTC subway station (Wellesley), and easily commutable to other hospitals such as St. Michael's and Toronto Western. My studio has an insuite washer & dryer, a kitchen with fridge, stove, dishwasher, oven & microwave, a double-sized bed, a desk with 3 chairs, and a bathroom with bathtub. The apartment building is well-maintained with amenities including a gym, pool & sauna, lounges, outdoor patio with BBQ, free visitor parking, 24/7 concierge, and more. Shorter-term stays are welcome and can be discussed. I am happy to provide virtual or in-person tours starting Sept 7th, 2025.
