Summer Sublet! This 3 bed house is spacious and bright and a 5 minute drive to Lakeridge Health Oshawa. It is perfect for QBOL residents or incoming Queens MDFM students looking for a short term place while you find something more permanent. We will be gone from June 3-Aug 15 and you are welcome to rent for any or all of that time. There are 2 options: 1. Full house $2600/ month, fully furnished, internet and utilities included 2. Take care of our cats for your stay, pay reduced rent ($2000/month, internet and utilities included). They are very chill, cuddly, and independent indoor cats. We have robot litter box so you really just need to feed them and give them cuddles! the house: - in suite laundry - dishwasher - large living space - 3 bedrooms (one is currently a nursery, 1 has king bed, one has queen bed and office) - internet and utilities included - very quiet and safe neighbourhood Please reach out with any questions, we'd love to have a med student or resident stay and if price is a concern we can work something out :)
