Our beautiful carriage house property is exquisitely located amongst the background of the trees. Just a ten minute walk to the beach at Pt. Holmes and a 15 minute drive to the Hospital and all major amenities. We are a 40 minute drive, door to door, to Mt. Washington Alpine Ski Resort. Guests love the peacefulness and privacy of this location. The covered balcony with a fire table and bbq is a guest favorite. The apartment comes fully furnished with a full bath (including tub), and an in suite laundry room. The kitchen is very well equipped for all your cooking needs. Guests also have access to a small yard with Adirondack chairs and another fire pit. A covered carport is included. EV charging is also available (for an additional fee).
