I'm a young friendly Nova Scotia Born ,  Female  Professional , Now Living and  working Monday to Friday here in Vancouver.

  I  do  live in the Condo and do not rent out my  Master bedroom.

 I will  rent out 1 other room,  As I prefer, only to have 1 room mate for  periodic short term stays.

I will not rent out the 2nd bedroom to another person, if you are Solo.  So there would only be me and you.

I would however rent both  bedrooms, if you have another friend  colleague/ student /  Wife / Partner Etc.... joining you for a similar medical Elective..   Keep in mind the price is based on 1 person... for 2 people $ 3600 per Month. 

2. Good Size  bedrooms. One  with a private balcony and ensuite bathroom.. 2nd  Bedroom , does not have a balcony but a great Front view over looking North Vancouver  and will have there own private 3 piece  bathroom, which is not shared...just down the hall.

• Expansive living spaces including two living rooms, A Den / A full dining room,  kitchen  and Large Laundry Room.
• My Place is  Older but very  comfortable /  Cozy and Super Clean, and  Pet Free, I do allow vab or What ever, but out side on either one of the 3 Balconies.
