Grocery store and shops 10 min walk. Transit at each end of our street. Parks and bike trail near by. I travel quite a bit, so it is possible someone or family, has option to rent whole house (rent tbd) or enjoy your private room with your own bath and your own sitting area with tv and share kitchen etc. 
I am flexible and want to create a positive living environment. Currently in short term rent program till October 19. So available after that.
