About this space

This unique historic house is conveniently located near everything, making it easy to plan your visit. Located in the heart of Wortley Village, you can walk anywhere to enjoy the facilities and friendly neighbourhood that Wortley and London offer. This space is ideal for an intern or someone looking for a place to stay while completing a long-term project in London. Please feel free to ask us questions. We typically reply within 59 minutes during the day.

The space. This is a guest house in a legal fourplex in Wortley Village. The unit has a nice living room on entry with a kitchen to the east. It has a functional French-style bathroom and a stand-up shower. The bedroom is very cozy, with ample storage and lighting. An AC unit is in the unit. There is a spacious workstation and an eating area as well. A coin-operated laundry machine is available in the building for $1.50.

The patio area is pleasantly lovely and has an excellent atmosphere. Guest access: To access the unit, walk between the garage and the building to access the backyard. Open a small gate to let you in. Walk down the gate and turn left to see your Unit with a lockbox on the main floor. Street parking is available all summer till October. For a fee (90-120 p/m), we will find a parking spot for you on the same street if you stay with us in the winter. Other things to note: You have full access to your unit with complete privacy. You can also hang around on your patio when the weather permits.
