Hello. I am an incoming Respirology fellow at the University of Toronto who will be starting work on July 1st 2026. I will be in Toronto until AT LEAST June 30 2028 (date of program completion / graduation) so I am looking for a 2-year rental, starting in late June 2026 (to give enough time to move in / get settled). I am with my wife who is a software developer. We also have a friendly small dog who has been living in condos for many years with no issues.
