I am a quiet and clean second year UBC medical student seeking a long-term rental near VGH beginning Sept./Aug. 2026, but can be flexible regarding the actual occupancy date. I would prefer to live alone (studio or 1 bedroom unit), but also have a medical student roomate available to share a 2 bedroom. My ideal budget is $1500-2200 per month (this would be per person/doubled for a 2 bedroom), but I am willing to be flexible based on quality and whether or not it is furnished and/or including amenities/utilities.
