I am a Kiwi Radiation Oncologist. I will be at PMH for a fellowship July 1st 2026 to June 30th 2027.

I am looking for a 1 or 2 bedroom fully furnished condo with good walking or public transport access to PMH.

I am 37, and just looking for a place for myself. I am very responsible low risk tennant. I have been a homeowner in NZ for the last 10 years, and used to taking good care of things. I value being respectful of others posessions, you can expect me to leave your condo just as it was at the start of the rental.
