I am an incoming Fellow in Pediatric Hematology-Oncology at BC Children's Hospital, and will be relocating to Vancouver to begin my fellowship training. I am very interested in leasing an apartment and would like to inquire whether a long-term lease of at least three years would be possible. I am particularly interested in either a one-bedroom, one-bathroom or a two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment near the hospital and/or bus/train statin, and under 3000 CAD, i see you have some renting going now so i will like to have more infromation.  My planned move to Canada is during the last week of May 2026.
