I am an incoming medical resident at the University of Toronto, and my husband and I are looking for a place to rent starting June 1, 2026.

We are hoping to find a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment/condo or a 1-bedroom + den,  in Toronto's west end near a subway station such as Kipling, Islington, or Royal York. Ideally, we are looking for something within walking distance to the subway.

We are a quiet, responsible couple, non-smokers, and no pets.

We are looking for an in-unit washer and dryer, and parking.

No basement units, please.

We would be respectful tenants and would take great care of the property. 

Budget: up to ~$2500/month
