3rd year UBC medical student coming to Duncan for clinical training starting mid-May, looking for a place with my fiancé. We're hoping to find a 2 or 3 bedroom home where we can settle in and have enough space to live and work comfortably.

We're open to living in Duncan as well as nearby areas including North Cowichan, Maple Bay, Cowichan Bay, and Mill Bay, ideally within about a 20-minute drive.

We're both very quiet, responsible, and take a lot of pride in the spaces we live in. We keep things clean, organized, and well cared for, and are looking for somewhere we can treat like home during this year.

I'll be in full-time clinical training, so we have a stable routine and a pretty low-key lifestyle. Ideally hoping for something long-term where we can feel settled.
