Hi, I am an incoming resident physician at Royal Columbian Hospital, where I will be based for my first year, followed by training at BC Women's and St. Paul's Hospital. I will be relocating from Montreal for residency and am currently looking for a furnished studio or one-bedroom apartment, ideally near a SkyTrain station to make commuting to the hospitals and accessing groceries easy.

I am hoping to secure a one-year lease, though I would also be very open to a longer-term arrangement if it is a good fit. I am a responsible, clean, and respectful tenant who will take excellent care of your property. As a resident doctor, I have a stable professional schedule and am looking for a comfortable place to call home during my training.
