Unfurnished 1-bedroom 1-bathroom apartment 4 minute drive from University Hospital!

Hi there, I'm a Schulich medical student and I'm I'm subletting my 1-bedroom apartment, 1-bathroom apartment while I'm away on electives. 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment (i.e., you won't have any roomates). The apartment is fully furnished (please see the photos) and includes towels, bedding, and a fully equipped kitchen (Nespresso machine, Keurig machine, kettle, blender, pots, pans, dishes, utensils, etc.). Price is $500/week which includes heat, AC, internet, electricity, and 1 outdoor parking spot. Laundry is coin operated and available on the first floor. It's located a 3 minute drive to Western/University Hospital, 4-minute drive to St. Joseph's Hospital, and 18 minute drive (30 minute bus ride) to Victoria Hospital. Absolutely no vaping, smoking, or pets are allowed as my landlord forbids this as per my lease conditions. Please note, it is only available for the periods in the calendar from September to November.
