The three tenants you will be joining are one single man who works in software engineering and two female medical students.  All are sociable, considerate, clean and friendly. They enjoy hosting board game nights, backyard campfires, the occasional potluck and outdoor adventures (hiking, biking, skiing and rafting). House Details: NO pets, NO smoking. Bedroom: The main floor bedroom overlooks the secluded back garden and has hardwood floors with very large windows plus built-in storage space. There is a shared three-piece bathroom. Rent is $1000 / month. Available November 1st. Utilities will be split evenly amongst renters. We have Telus Fibre and have lightning speed internet. Kitchen: Large spacious, fully equipped kitchen with top of the line appliances. Gas stove, new fridge and microwave.
