We are looking for two working professional or graduate/postgraduate/medical/resident students to join two current roommates in a bright and beautiful house, conveniently located in Banff Trail (2328 Capitol Hill Crescent NW) walking distance to the University of Calgary, LRT and the Foothills Hospital. The two tenants you will be joining are two single men, in their late twenties and mid thirties who work in software engineering and construction. Both are sociable, considerate, clean and friendly. They enjoy hosting board game nights, backyard campfires, the occasional potluck and outdoor adventures (hiking, biking, skiing and rafting). House Details: NO pets, NO smoking. Bedrooms: You will have the choice of one of two unfurnished main floor bedrooms with a shared three-piece bathroom between them. One bedroom overlooks the secluded back garden, the other overlooks the front porch and garden. Both have hardwood floors, large windows and built-in storage space. Rent for either bedroom is $900 / month. Available mid June. Utilities will be split evenly amongst renters. We have Telus Fibre and have lightning speed internet. Kitchen: Large spacious, fully equipped kitchen with top of the line appliances. Gas stove, new fridge and microwave. Living Space: Lots of cozy shared living space - huge bookshelf included Backyard: Beautiful garden (full of raspberries and strawberries and perennial flowers during summer!), firepit and BBQ. Basement: Contains the laundry room with new washer and dryer, large storage room with a work bench, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a small flex room. Parking: Permitted city street parking available on the front street (annual city fee) Garage: The detached rear garage is available for common shared storage (bicycles, sports gear, etc) and workspace.
