THE SCENARIO

Offering a private room and private bathroom in a shared house. As your host, I will create a great no fuss experience for you.   I have previously been a health care professional and know the demands of shift work and on-call situations.  I have hosted travelling health care professionals in the past when full COVID protocols were in place. It's nice to be past that.

I am now a 9-5'er working professional outside of health care.

This location offers a furnished bedroom with a private bathroom.  . All utilities included. On premise laundry. Fast, reliable, high speed internet. 1 parking spot.

5 Minutes to Bracebridge hospital.  30 Minutes to Huntsville hospital

PETS

May consider a pet,  but would like to interview the pet first :) Pet's are accepted on a case by case basis.

OUTSIDE SPACES

There is a nice deck in the backyard for enjoying and socializing in the warmer months.  Typically May 15th through October 15th.
