Furnished 1 room for rent in beautiful townhouse in Highwood

Furnished room available in a townhouse for 1 person, month to month. The bedroom has a closet and a computer desk and a queen bed. Rent includes all utilities and internet and your own bathroom. The shared livings space includes the kitchen, another bathroom next to the kitchen, living room, basement, and garage. Preferably no pets and no smoking (I myself have no pets as I do not spend enough time at home), but plants are welcome. Having a car is pretty important in this location as its not close to an LRT, however both Nosehill park and Confederation park are just next door. FYI, I am a 35 year old woman who works in IT on a hybrid schedule :)
