Furnished 2 bed 1 bath ALL inclusive in the heart of downtown huntsville

This is a mid-term rental, available for as little as a couple of months up to just over a year, as we plan to take over the unit ourselves after that.

Welcome to this very sunny and bright unit! It's technically a 2 bed, 1 bath, though the second bedroom is quite small and works best as an office. The apartment is 630 sq ft and spread over two stories, located on a quiet dead-end street just steps from the docks and shops in downtown Huntsville.

The unit comes partially furnished, including:
• Queen bed with Endy mattress
• Love seat couch
• Kitchen table and chairs
• A few other pieces of furniture

We live in another unit on the property and are looking for the right fit. No pets please (due to allergies). The unit has heat and A/C.  There is no laundry in the unit, however arrangements may be possible for access. A brand new stainless steel stove and apartment-size stainless steel fridge (not pictured) are also included.
