Hey everyone, My name is Kurt and I am an orthopedic surgery resident at RUHS. I recently purchased a brand new home (The KB homes off of Cactus Avenue) that is located 2 miles/5 minutes away from the hospital. I am within 15 minutes of several hospitals that students do rotations at. I have 2 rooms that I am renting. I am mainly trying to rent to medical students and audition students. They will be $1000 a piece per month (includes everything i.e. water, power, etc.) All of your toiletry, towels, and bedding materials will be provided. $200 dollar non refundable deposit to hold the room. That $200 dollars will then go to the remainder of the rent.
