Close to major amenities including YMCA, multiple schools, Costco etc. It is a 20 minute drive from the University hospital, 25 minutes from the Royal Alex, and 20-25 minutes to Grey Nuns. Rent for incoming trainees is 1900$/mo + utilities. No pets or smoking please.
