Looking for a Female to Sublet my Room in a Downtown Toronto Condo

Looking for a clean and quiet female to stay short term in the furnished den of my downtown condo as I am completing my family medicine block rurally from March 4th to April 9th (I am currently a CC3 student at UofT).

Rent is either $1700 for the full duration, $1500 for 4 weeks or $600/week and includes high-speed unlimited WiFi and all utilities (heat, A/C, hydro and electricity). I have a strong preference for anyone who wants to stay longer.

Please note the accommodation is a shared unit. My roommate is a lovely and clean 1st year female medical student at UofT.

About the Unit and Room 

• 1+1 bedroom, 1 bathroom condo (~700 sqft)
• Bedroom is 9 ft 11 in x 8 ft 2 in ft, NW-facing with a large window that receives tons of natural light. The room will come furnished with a twin bed (mattress, pillow and duvet included), large desk and office chair
• En-suite laundry: brand-new washer (replaced January 2025) & dryer
• Fully furnished apartment: furnished kitchen & living area including: stovetop + oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, 3 kitchen bar stools, dining table with 4 chairs, three seater sofa, coffee table (has a build in lift top so you can comfortably work on your laptop from the sofa).
• Hardwood/tile flooring throughout the entire unit
• Parking is not included

Living Preferences

• My roommate is currently a first year medical student at UofT
• Looking for a quiet and clean individual (following a cleaning schedule is a must) - Prefer not to have frequent large and loud gatherings; but once in a while with reasonable advance notice to my roommate + friends are welcome!
• No smoking, drugs or pets
