Furnished Beautiful Bedroom 1 Block from St Paul's Hospital

Beautiful, furnished room for rent in a recently renovated 2 bedroom apartment 1 block from St Paul's hospital. Great for someone who lives outside of Vancouver and needs to be very close to the hospital when in town, or someone working there full-time. Building and rent cost includes AC, utilities, WIFI, laundry (4 washers and 4 dryers in the room next door to the apartment, and they are never in use!). Apartment and room are fully furnished. Room is furnished with Queen bed with storage (and a Casper Mattress), custom closet insert, floating desk and chair, and blackout blinds. The living room is spacious and has a dining table, tv/sofa area, and gets very bright as the unit is South facing. In the same area are a gym and grocery store across the street, and fast walking distance to pretty much any downtown area you want to go to as it's right in the middle (West End, Davie St, Robson St, Yaletown, Gastown, Downtown, etc.) I am a polite, respectful, clean roommate. I have put a lot of effort into renovating and making this place beautiful, so I prefer to live with someone who respects that. I have a few friends in the medical field who suggested listing this place on this website due to it's proximity to the hospital. I also love my doctor friends so I imagine they make good roommates! I am a NYU Tisch trained actor in my late 20's who works part-time in a secondary job, in addition to some filmmaking.
