Live in a lovely four-bedroom home in the tranquil neighbourhood of Fisher Heights, with easy bus or biking access to hospitals and campuses. Stay for a minimum of 2 weeks ($350/wk), or on a monthly basis ($950/mo), with the option of an additional fee for delicious home cooking. Use of laundry machines, wifi, family room, A/C, and storage for your bike or driveway parking for your car is included. Your room on the basement level is supplied with a comfortable bed, desk, lamp, wardrobe, dresser, and all the linens you need. The main floor offers a gorgeous open-concept kitchen, and the backyard has a spacious patio. We've hosted students and guests from all over the world, and welcome inquiries from all genders and backgrounds. We are a working professional woman, her young adult son (with whom you share a bathroom equipped with walk-in shower plus spa-size bathtub) and one affectionate cat.
