It's beside Central Park and ideally located centrally near all Hamilton medical schools: 11 minutes to McMaster, or 6 minutes to Hamilton General. Both easily accessed by transit, cycling, or walking. Just minutes from James Street N restaurants and bars, Hamilton Farmers' Market, Jackson Square, and TD Coliseum.

The house is 2 floors. Main floor has a living room with 55" smart TV, sofa, bathroom with shower, full sized washer and dryer, and large kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with stove, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle, and air fryer, as well as all the supplies you need. The 2nd floor loft is accessed via a spiral staircase. There's a king sized bed with premium mattress, desk, and storage. You'll always be comfortable with air conditioning, heat pump, a heat recovery ventilator for clean air , and an oversized water heater. Rental includes all utilities: electricity, water, and Internet (fibre).

There's space on the shared driveway for 1 car (shared with our car). Parking is included. The front porch is part of the rental. The backyard garden is not.
