There is a 65" LG Smart TV connected to Wifi.  Telus Optic TV is provided with international news and sports subscriptions.

The kitchen has a gas cooktop, microwave/convection oven, standard wall oven/convection oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with ice maker. This makes cooking a pleasure if you are so inclined. A Nespresso coffee machine as well as a drip coffee machine provide options for those who find coffee a necessity.

This area is close to the Lynn Valley Headwaters with trails for walking, hiking or mountain biking.

The North Vancouver District Library and the Black Bear Pub are steps away. There are numerous other services and amenities nearby.

Lions Gate Hospital is a 6 minute drive, 15 minute bus ride, or a 45 minute walk.  The bus stop is steps from the front door and provides direct routes to Lions Gate Hospital, the seabus, or downtown Vancouver without transferring.
