Furnished Farm home stay in Nanaimo, Canada

Our short term rental property is now available for month to month renting between November 1, 2025 and May 1, 2026. This is a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom cabin located in Cedar, just outside of Nanaimo. It is on acres of farmland with direct private access to Quennell lake and its own dock. Renters will have use of the immediate land around the home and use of the private dock, but not the back acreage. Renters must be ok with the goats and chickens which live on the property. Renters do not need to care for the animals, but will have to be ok with the owners coming onto the property each week to feed the animals and preform any home maintenance such as lawn cutting. The details can be worked out in a rental agreement. We are looking for quiet, responsible renters with no pets (as there are already animals on the property) and no smoking/vaping/drug use. No more than 4 people total. We require references and will have an agreement for signing. The price per month is $2,500 plus hydro. Internet will be included. Please note that the home will come fully furnished as it is a short term rental during summer months.
