I have 2 rooms available in a large, sunny, 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo in the Foothills Village complex (opposite Foothills Hospital). Rent is $845 for the room per month EXCLUDING Utilities (but I cover the cost of High Speed Internet). It includes a washer and dryer, 2 fridge/freezers, a TV and high speed internet and a shared storage room. It has a fireplace and a large sunny furnished patio with BBQ. The room is furnished with a double bed, desk, chair, extra shelving and lighting. Tenants provide their own linen and towels. The other room is rented by a PhD student. This room is for a single occupancy only. I have 1 covered parking bay which is available (+$120/m). This apartment is reserved for a female Medical, Veterinary, Nursing, PHD or Post Graduate students or rotational students at the Hospital. It is directly across the road from the Foothills Hospital and University of Calgary Medical and Veterinary Schools. It is just down the road from the U of C Main Campus. There is a bus stop right outside with direct links to the U of C main campus, the Alberta Children's Hospital, the C-train, as well as everywhere in and around Calgary.
