This bright basement apartment in a Victorian house is so centrally located at Brunswick and Harbord. MANY hospitals are within walking , biking or easy transit distance There is a lush everchanging garden in the front yard with a sitting area and back is cool and shady. Sorry no dogs allowed - my dog would be never let me sleep if there was a potential playmate in the house! I live here myself and my third floor tennant has been here for 10 years. It's a very friendly, diverse, connected neighbourhood with lots of beautiful gardens, restaurants and local shops.
