I'm offering 1 furnished bedroom + your own private bathroom in my home. Shared kitchen , laundry & living spaces. The house is spacious, clean, quiet & a convenient place to reside while on placement, studying or on residency. 

I have my son (7) part time (week on/week off), and we are out at school, work or playing most of the day, and in bed by 9pm. We live in a great neighbour close to transit (1.5 blocks away), close to great restaurants (walking distance), and over 10 grocery stores/markets (walking distance), gyms and lots of other amenities. There is also a bike path a couple blocks away for safe commuting and the beach.

4 Hospitals are within 4.5kms from the house - UBC, St. Pauls, VGH & BC Women & Children's. There is free street parking right outside the front door. I have a lovely backyard patio off the main living area. I have cleaners that come every 2 weeks, which will be included.

If you are in need of a dedicated study space, I'm open to making the space in my bright south facing basement available to you.
