The Suite

A cozy fully-furnished one bedroom, one bathroom garden suite with laundry. The kitchen comes fully equipped with stainless steel appliances. There are linens for the bedroom and bathroom. Private entrance at the back of the home with sweeping views of the lake. One on-site parking spot. Utilities and Wi-Fi included, as well as Chromecast for you to download your own subscription services. You also have a patio space with outdoor furniture and access to the fire pit.

The Neighbourhood

Located in a quiet residential neighbourhood, surrounded by vineyards, on the West Kelowna Wine Trail. Kelowna General Hospital is 4.3 km from the home, about a 10-minute drive or 25 minute bike ride. Walking distance to a grocery store (Nesters), a few restaurants (Lakeside Brewery and The Modest Butcher to name a few), a pharmacy and Kalamoir Park. Very close to desirable Okanagan Lake beaches, hiking trails, golf courses, shopping and restaurants. There is also a bus stop in front of the house.

The Home-owners

We are a quiet professional couple and hope to find the same in a tenant. We are happy to help in any way to ensure your stay is comfortable. I am a nurse and work in Penticton. My husband works from home. We have two indoor cats. Conveniences To help make your arrival smoother, we are happy to get your fridge stocked. You just need to provide us a shopping list and eTransfer for the bill, plus 10% for the service.

At the moment we only offer one month rentals while we await our short-term accomodation license.
