Your bedroom - comfy new double bed, closet space and organizer, study desk and printer.

Kitchen - oven/stove, microwave, dishwasher, air fryer, fridge/freezer.

Living space - sound system, smart TV, personal balcony and table/chairs.

Other amenities- wifi, in-suite laundry, home gym (resistance bands, chin-up bar, open area in living room), free parking available.

5 minute drive to hospital, 20 min walk, 10 min bike ride. Same distances to downtown Thunder Bay. 10 min walk to full gym, or stop by Lakehead U gym on your way home from the hospital.

You are also welcome to borrow a bike to explore the city, trails and commute to work. No smoking (though outside is fine and quite close as I have a corner suite).

Please note I have a cat and vacuum regularly. No visiting pets, sorry. Msg me if you're interested, max stay 2 weeks at a time. Thank you!
