Furnished one bedroom , private bath, loft in sought after Poplar Point neighbourhood in Kelowna: Minutes to lake and hiking trails, and downtown, short drive to KGH

Lakeview, large one Bedroom available with views of Okanagan lake: 5 min walk to the water, or hiking and short walk to downtown , quick drive to Kelowna General Hospital or a short bike ride. One street  above the lake shore road and a step outside the front door to mountain biking  hiking on Knox mountain or paddle boarding on the lake

Huge closet, dresser, desk, bookshelf, bathroom and loft with couch and table, in a high end home in a much sought after neighborhood due to ammenitiues closeby. 

Shared kitchen ( very large) and laundry, plus an extra fridge with freezer in the garage if you need more room.

Outside parking, internet and utitilites included.

You would be in the upstairs level, all to yourself and sharing the mainfloor with a single professional female and 2 dogs ( golden retriever and a pomerainian . The dogs are super affectionate and available for walks or pets or cuddles.. They do bark because we have a neighborhood deer population and are trying to protect the property . They wander through . If  you give me your overnight on calll shedule I can accommodate if you need to get to bed early just let me know.  I am not home a lot either ( camping biking skiing ) so probably at least 1/3-1/2 the time you  on you own .
Linens beddinging towels are included. Can use pantry items for cooking ie oil salt pepper vivegar spices sugar but if you use it all up kindness would say replace it . Need to be neat and tidy to work with a shared kitchen laundry room and respectful . Guests considered on an individual basis but nothing long term . 

I am a dentist, semi retired, currently not working but travelling lots. Very quiet and respectful. I have had a UBCO student stay with me for 2.5 years and then a vascular surgeon doing her residency at KGH the past summer and this winter. Currently a general practice resident. 2023/2024
