 This large private room with an en suite bathroom has two sections one bedroom area, single bed only plus a sitting/study area. This room is located on the upper floor. Close to UBC, 10 minute bus ride 20 minute bike ride 30 minute walk close to all grocery stores and shops on 10th walking distance.  This is a quiet house with two other occupants. There are two other rooms with their own bathrooms in this house. One room occupied by another student and another room occupied by one female. This room is for female occupancy only.  Close to VGH and current St Paul's Hospital, BC Cancer Agency, BC Women's, UBC Hospital.  Etc

no pets, single occupany only, no parties, no smoking or vaping.
