The building has  controlled access,  camera surveillance of the common areas, WIFI, coin operated laundry room with front load Maytag appliances, and elevator. 

We are located in a very dynamic neighborhood with a bike path running next to our building which will take you all the way downtown,  two great parks in the area Girouard and Westmount where there are Shakespeare in the Park productions in the summer, great eateries  up the street,  nearby grocery stores, pharmacies,  and various shops. 

You can hop onto the Montreal subway system at Vendome metro station and get around pretty quickly.  You can rent a bixi bike at the nearby bike station or rent a car at the Commun Auto hub next door.
