With warm hardwood floors, dormer ceilings, and solid wood furniture, you'll find a cozy, eclectic space to relax after busy days. Surrounded by trees, you can hear the calls of cardinals, Carolina wrens, catbirds, starlings, sparrows, ravens, and blue jays. You might also see hawks and falcons soaring over the rail line looking for prey.

A fully functional kitchenette with two burner stove, toaster oven, microwave and fridge are ready for you if you want to cook, or you can head down to Locke Street for fine dining or takeout, from sushi to mexican to hearty soups or caribbean heat.

There are two bedrooms, each with a queen bed and desk space. Relax with some tea and a book or make some popcorn and stream your favourite shows. There are ample walking trails nearby close to some of the waterfalls that run down the Escarpment.

Must be able to walk up 3 flights of stairs. Two flights are outside, one is inside.

Space is next to an active train line, with trains throughout the day and overnight. Most people aren't bothered by the rumble after a short time.

As the suite is housed within our residence, sound can at times travel; we seek to be respectful of sound early and late, and have an expectation for the same.

No laundry is available on site, but a clean and bright self serve or wash and fold is available 4 blocks away. A second set of sheets is available for each bed. For stays longer than 6 weeks, complimentary laundering of sheets and towels is available every 4 weeks.

The property is for a maximum of 2 guests. We ask that guests leave the suite clean when they depart.
