It's located in a quiet and safe neighbourhood in downtown, near the river valley, the Bay Enterprise LRT station, and the downtown ICE district. It's a 15 min single train ride from the med campus! Included is a kitchen with stainless steel appliances and modern countertops, an open-concept living room with a fireplace, and a dedicated dining room. There's in-suite laundry and a balcony with a barbeque. Visitor parking in the back. Rent will be $900/month + electricity and internet (which I will split).
