I'm a quiet, non-smoking, incoming anesthesia resident starting July 1st, 2025. Looking for a private studio or 1 bedroom with parking for July 1st (or a few days before if possible)

Furnished would be great, but willing to consider non-furnished options too. 

Most of my rotations are at VGH so would like something within 25-30min walk of VGH. Also have several rotations at SPH.
