Looking for a 1 bedroom appt, from Aug 23-March 08

I am a resident doctor, just completing her family medicine residency. I am moving to Victoria for six months (Aug 23 to March 8) for additional training in palliative care. I am looking for housing during this time. This can be furnished or unfurnished. I would prefer to have in unit laundry, but a laundromat close by would also work. A parking space for a car would be helpful.

It would be housing just for myself, and likely a 1 bedroom place would suffice. I have no pets. I am a non smoker. Main hobbies are painting, reading and hiking, so overall a quiet existence. I am happy to answer any additional questions, provide references etc.
