I'll be completing a 4-month research term with regular day-time hours at the Foothills Medical Centre from May 1 to August 31 and am looking for a place nearby, ideally within biking distance from the hospital. I'm interested in renting in the Varsity, St. Andrews Heights, or University District Neighborhoods and am seeking a one-bedroom, one-bathroom unit, preferably with a seperate entrance, laundry access (in-unit or shared), and furnished. I am a responsible and quiet student and will treat the space with care. I am currently based in Ontario at McMaster University, so I won't be able to meet in person before arriving in May.
